Mouse Click Recorder for Windows

Tired of repeating the same clicks and typing the same text over and over? Record your actions once, replay them instantly with a hotkey.

What This Does

Mouse Recorder PC captures every mouse click, drag, scroll, and keystroke you make. Press F9 to start recording, perform your routine, press F9 again to stop. Then hit F10 to watch the computer repeat it exactly.

The tool saves every routine as a file on disk. Load it next week, next month, on a different machine—no reconfiguration needed. It runs entirely offline with no account, no telemetry, no watermarks.

Common uses: pasting the same block of fields across a hundred spreadsheet rows, clicking through setup wizards on multiple machines, replaying the same game loop, or running the same UI test sequence for QA.

How to Record Your First Macro

  1. Open the app Unzip the folder anywhere—there's no installer. Run the executable directly.
  2. Press F9 The app listens from any window. Press F9 to start recording your mouse and keyboard actions.
  3. Do your routine Click buttons, type text, scroll, drag—whatever you normally do. Work at your normal speed.
  4. Press F9 again Stop the recording. The routine is now captured in memory.
  5. Press F10 to play Watch it repeat. If it's too fast or too slow, slide the speed control from 10% to 1000%.
  6. Save to a file Go to File → Save. Next time you need it, open File → Open and press F10.

Why This Tool Works Where Others Fail

Mouse Recorder PC uses scan-code input replay, which means it works in full-screen games, remote desktop sessions, and applications that block simpler automation tools. Your recorded clicks and keystrokes land where they're supposed to.

It's completely portable. No registry entries, no Windows services, no admin prompt. Delete the folder and it's gone. Carry it on a USB drive between machines.

The app runs offline. Nothing phones home. No telemetry, no update checks, no analytics—safe for airgapped networks and strict corporate environments.

Speed control lets you debug. Set it to 10% to step through a sequence slowly and find problems, then crank it to 100% or higher to blow through long routines in seconds. Loop count lets you run a macro once, a fixed number of times, or forever until you stop it.

Important: Screen Resolution and Portability

If you record a routine that includes long cursor movement across the screen, moving it to a machine with a different resolution (e.g., 4K to 1080p) may cause clicks to land in the wrong spots. Cursor movement is coordinate-based.

For best portability between machines, build routines around clicks and typing rather than pure cursor paths. A click-heavy automation will replay accurately on any resolution.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Free forever. MIT licensed. No trial period, no locked features, no Pro version, no paid upgrades.

Do I need an account?

No. The app opens straight to the main window. Nothing to register or log into.

Will it work in my game?

Input replay happens at the hardware level, so it works in full-screen games and remote sessions. Before automating gameplay, check your game's rules—some games prohibit automation and may ban accounts that use it.

Does it work on Windows 11?

Yes. Tested and supported on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.

What if my hotkey conflicts?

F9 and F10 are the defaults, but both are rebindable in the app. Set them to whatever suits your workflow.

Can I use the same macro on different machines?

Yes. Load a saved routine file on any Windows 10 or 11 machine. Clicks and keystrokes will replay consistently. Pure cursor movement may need adjustment if resolutions differ.
